Cherine Cheftechi, the driving force behind Trial Masters
An educator, speaker, successful businesswoman, Cherine Cheftechi is first and foremost a litigation lawyer. After several years as a partner with a major national law firm, she decided to combine her passion for teaching with her know-how as a trial lawyer and created Trial Masters - The Art of Advocacy, the only firm in Quebec offering trial advocacy training.

Her goal: to make available to members of the Bar practical training on the Art of Advocacy which few people are in a position to offer on a full-time basis.

A strong proponent of a practical approach to teaching and learning, Cherine has always championed educational activities for aspiring young lawyers as well as experienced barristers. She has often been invited as a guest speaker at various events and in various provinces. She has often been invited to give demonstrations on trial techniques and to provide training in the context of Advocacy Seminars and in provincial and national trial competitions.

Whether at Notre-Dame University in Indiana, in Montreal, or elsewhere in Canada, she has drawn on her many years of courtroom experience to help hundreds of lawyers develop and perfect their trial skills and master the subtleties of the Art of Advocacy.

After each one of our courses, the most frequent comment we receive from lawyers is that they feel ready, more confident, and better equipped to meet their next courtroom challenge. In fact they tell us how eagerly they await their next hearing.

This is our confirmation that we have done a good job.
