Trial Masters in brief
Our Advocacy courses:
Trial Masters Advocacy courses are designed for both the novice and experienced litigator seeking to perfect,
improve and master trial skills, in any field of practice.
Trial Masters offers lawyers and law firms state-of-the-art teaching techniques that enable them to provide
first-rate legal services that will set them apart from other firms while ensuring that the next generation of lawyers will be as qualified in Advocacy skills.
Negotiation Workshops:
The ability to effectively negotiate has always been a requirement for the legal practitioner. However, as the legal community is
moving towards an increased demand for negotiation before litigation, it is logical to explore the avenues of principled negotiation,
structured settlement, and collective bargaining a little closer.
Our workshops offer participants the opportunity to learn the theory behind the art of negotiation and then to participate in simulated
negotiations with feedback and de-briefing sessions.
Our professors are recognized and experienced trainers with proven track-records in negotiation skills.
Special Collaborations:
These course are designed to offer our clientèle an opportunity to hear knowledgeable and highly regarded speakers address topics that
are current, interesting and different. As well, since we impose stringent limitations on the number of participants for most of our
conferences, participants have an opportunity to actively participate, exchange ideas and raise issues that may be of particular concern
to their individual practice without feeling overwhelmed by a large audience.
Lecture Series:
These courses are designed to offer our clientèle an opportunity to learn about any given topic from its most basic component to more
complex issues. Content is practical, easy to digest, and delivered by specialists in the field who have excellent pedagogical skills
and the ability to answer questions of concern to participants. Classes are restricted to small numbers and participation is highly encouraged.
