A tremendous amount of media attention has been received in
recent years in matters involving investment fraud and other illegal economic activities.
This has in turn generated a renewed interest in learning about how to represent
clients involved in these types of cases.
For litigators with a general practice and for criminalists who may be faced with
the need to act rapidly on behalf of clients involved in allegations of fraud and
other so-called white collar crimes, ensuring knowlege of the parameters and the
process involved in taking these matters through to trial is a must. Coup de maître
is now pleased to offer a one day course, given by Me Conrad Lord, a highly experienced
criminalist and RDI commentator, that will provide a good overview of the main issues
with which legal practitioners will have to contend.

- Fraud, insider trading, securities, forgery, embezzlement, etc... overview of the most frequently seen infractions
